Exchanges and returns
If you wish to exchange :
You must contact us within 7 days from delivery date and have the item delivered back to us asap to exchange it . Any customized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
Items that are not in the same condition as received will not be eligible for return or exchange.

A chain that has been shortened is considered a custom order. Any alteration requested by the customer is considered a custom order.
